Transaction and seller data is processed temporarily for risk assessment but is not permanently stored on our servers. Only risk scores and analysis results may be temporarily cached for performance.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our fraud detection services and comply with legal obligations. Account notes and user preferences are kept for the duration of your active subscription and a reasonable period thereafter for account recovery purposes.

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure data transmission, and access controls. Our fraud detection service operates on secure infrastructure with regular security audits and monitoring.

Payment information is handled securely by Stripe, which complies with PCI DSS standards and strict data protection requirements. User authentication is managed by Clerk, which provides enterprise-grade security features.
