By subscribing to and accessing GuardYourConnect, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the fraud protection service. This license is intended for the sole purpose of monitoring your Stripe Connect marketplace for fraudulent activity, and may not be sublicensed, sold, or transferred to any other party without our express written permission.

Your subscription grants you access to our fraud detection algorithms, risk scoring system, and monitoring tools for the duration of your active subscription. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access at our discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breaches of these terms, misuse of the platform, or activities that compromise the service for others.

Termination of service will result in the immediate cessation of access to the platform and all fraud monitoring capabilities. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these terms to maintain uninterrupted fraud protection.

Subscription Plans

GuardYourConnect operates on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription provides continuous access to our fraud detection algorithms, risk monitoring tools, and platform features.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of your current billing period, ensuring you retain access to fraud protection services until your paid period expires.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to:

• Fraud monitoring until the end of your billing period
• Export of your account notes and risk assessments
• Historical data for the remainder of your subscription

After your subscription ends, access to the platform and all fraud detection services will be terminated.

Refund Policy

Due to the real-time nature of our fraud monitoring service and the immediate value provided upon activation, we operate ano-refund policy for standard cancellations. This policy exists because:

• Fraud protection begins immediately upon subscription activation
• Risk analysis and monitoring provide instant value
• Historical fraud data and insights are immediately accessible

Exceptional Circumstances

We may provide refunds at our sole discretion in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical failures that prevent platform access for extended periods
• Service outages that significantly impact fraud detection capabilities
• Billing errors or duplicate charges
• Inability to connect to your Stripe Connect platform due to our technical issues

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the billing date and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We provide GuardYourConnect "as is" and without any express or implied warranties. While our fraud detection algorithms are designed to identify suspicious activity patterns, we cannot guarantee the detection of all fraudulent sellers or the prevention of all chargebacks.

Fraud detection is an inherently complex process that involves statistical analysis and pattern recognition. False positives (legitimate sellers flagged as fraudulent) and false negatives (fraudulent sellers not detected) may occur. You are responsible for making final decisions about seller approvals and account management based on our risk assessments and your own judgment.

We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for fraud prevention, and non-infringement. Any reliance on our fraud detection service is done at your own risk.

We are not liable for any financial losses, chargebacks, or damages resulting from fraudulent activity that occurs on your platform, whether detected by our service or not. Our fraud detection service is a tool to assist your decision-making process, not a guarantee against fraud.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your subscription during the current billing period. We are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational damage.

To provide fraud detection services, we analyze transaction data, seller information, and account patterns from your Stripe Connect platform. This data is used solely for fraud detection purposes and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to share seller and transaction data with our service. You warrant that your use of our service complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.
